Protein is a nutritional element necessary for the proper maintenance of your good health. Dried Fruit like Raisins, Cranberries, Gogi Berries, Mulberries, Dates, Figs, Etc…

Just add a little bit of a lot of different healthy foods

AND

Now you will have a healthy trail mix for whenever you want to eat something.

You Can

Just replace the chips or cookies or other junk you know you shouldn’t make a meal of.

ALSO

It is totally great for taking with you, just fill a baggie or other container and take it out to the car or put it in your bag.

Make sure and always keep it at least half full so when you are out you have something to eat, and you can skip the fast food.

OR

Eat a couple of handfuls before you head into the grocery store, so you don’t head straight for the free cookie.

This is a great way to have a healthy snack always readily available.
